WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR? I burn for health! A lot of people in my family have high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. so it is important to me to maintain my health. I burn to be a better and healthier version of myself each day. I burn because I LOVE food! I also burn for tacos…..because tacos!
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE? I love cookies. It’s just about the only sweet I can’t say no to. Oh and bread pudding! All the food in New Orleans. I take a trip there every few years just to eat….no lie!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE? Goblet squats! I love squats as it is and goblets squats give me the chance to work my assets!
