Tammy has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Her background is diverse: she's a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, running coach and an endurance athlete. She is Cooper Institute trained, NASM certified Personal Trainer as well as a Women's Fitness Specialist, TRX certified, and a RRCA certified marathon running coach. She understands that the foundation of a healthy lifestyle is achieved through proper nutrition and fitness. By making each workout fun, challenging and efficient, she helps motivate you to reach your personal best.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for many reasons:
Health - I hope to be running for the rest of my life.
Food - I love to eat.
Medals - I love to race.

Pizza and homemade chocolate chip cookies, just to name a few!

The rower has become my favorite piece of equipment, and I LOVE Power & Strength days!
Landy has been a trainer for OTF since August 2014. She is a certified Les Milles instructor in Body Pump and CX Worx, and is currently working on her certification in Body Attack. She has been instructing for 2 years and is currently working on her personal training certification through NESTA. Her philosophy is that wherever you are in your fitness journey, you can accomplish your goal with hard work, determination and belief in yourself. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing clients believe in themselves as much as i believe in them!

Power days! Although Endurance days follow close behind. 
If you could sum up Dottie's approach to fitness in one word: passion. This comes from a belief that if you only have a small slice of time to exercise, you should make the most of it. Not only should it be fun, but intense!

Dottie got the group fitness fever when she discovered cardio kickboxing at a local gym and started to drop 40 pounds of baby weight. After seeing what group exercise could accomplish, she decided that she wanted to introduce others to group workouts that had helped her be successful. Dottie became certified to teach kickboxing, Les Mills Bodypump, TRX Suspension System and more. Dottie also helps people reach their goals with one-on-one instruction both locally and virtually using personal training certifications in AFAA, NESTA, and NFPT. But, Dottie is most proud of her work with Orangetheory Fitness and loves helping clients achieve the results they want.

Scott Mischke has been involved in sports and fitness his whole life. He played football in high school and has been practicing Taekwondo since age ten. He graduated the University of North Texas with a BS in Kinesiology and is a certified exercise physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine. Scott discovered Orangetheory as a means of training for his fourth degree black belt test and fell in love with OTF after seeing results (Yes, he passed his test). His philosophy is to set a goal in life and persevere until you achieve it. Scott is very passionate about helping people obtain their goals and is always ready to karate chop people into shape.

Punching and Kicking! Martial arts is my passion.

Queso. I'll destroy a whole mess of chips and queso.
