No two Orangetheory group sessions are exactly alike, but we always deliver a challenging full body workout. Led by one of our experienced trainers you will perform multiple intervals of treadmill training, indoor rowing, and weight room or resistance training blocks in a workout that will energize you, body and mind.

During your Orange 60 session, you will wear a heart rate monitor to ensure that you are getting the most efficient calorie burn possible. Our sessions have been designed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone in which to stimulate your metabolism while increasing your energy. This results in the Orange Effect: More energy and extra calories burned for 24-36 hours after your workout is finished!

Whether you have just had a baby, or you’re a college athlete, or you’re a retiree, Orangetheory Fitness is perfect for you. Workout intensity of our sessions is based upon your own individual heart rate. Whether your focus is to stay in shape, to lose weight, or to improve your fitness performance, our exceptional personal trainers can help because they are dedicated to your personal success. Jill started out as a client at OTF Colleyville during presales in August 2014. By November, she was working for them as a Sales Associate at Colleyville. She moved to the Keller studio in January 2015 to begin at that presales location, and was Assistant Manager at Keller until she left to have her second son in November 2015. She returned to OTF in February 2016, and became Studio Manager of Colleyville in May 2016. Fun fact about Jill: she can balance things on her nose.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
My sanity! Orangetheory is MY 1 hour of the day to help calm my crazy life. Not only is OTF good for the body, but it's great for the mind and soul, too.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
I have a major sweet tooth for baked goods and Reese's. Really, anything peanut butter.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
The water rower! Thanks to the help of our awesome coaches, I've learned to be a strong rower, so it's always a competition with myself every time I strap in to the seat. I'm also a fan of 30 second all outs on the treadmill. /div>
Tammy has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Her background is diverse: she's a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, running coach and an endurance athlete. She is Cooper Institute trained, NASM certified Personal Trainer as well as a Women's Fitness Specialist, TRX certified, and a RRCA certified marathon running coach. She understands that the foundation of a healthy lifestyle is achieved through proper nutrition and fitness. By making each workout fun, challenging and efficient, she helps motivate you to reach your personal best.

I burn for many reasons:
Health - I hope to be running for the rest of my life.
Food - I love to eat.

Pizza and homemade chocolate chip cookies, just to name a few!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
The rower has become my favorite piece of equipment, and I LOVE Power & Strength days!
If you could sum up Dottie's approach to fitness in one word: passion. This comes from a belief that if you only have a small slice of time to exercise, you should make the most of it. Not only should it be fun, but intense!

Dottie got the group fitness fever when she discovered cardio kickboxing at a local gym and started to drop 40 pounds of baby weight. After seeing what group exercise could accomplish, she decided that she wanted to introduce others to group workouts that had helped her be successful. Dottie became certified to teach kickboxing, Les Mills Bodypump, TRX Suspension System and more. Dottie also helps people reach their goals with one-on-one instruction both locally and virtually using personal training certifications in AFAA, NESTA, and NFPT. But, Dottie is most proud of her work with Orangetheory Fitness and loves helping clients achieve the results they want.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
